Centrica Energy recently went live with Cendec's CNS product allowing them to facilitate workflow and procurement processing via their internal e-mail system from both their PCs in the office or their phones in the field. These processes include: 

• requisition approvals (with workflow rules enforcement)
• buyer assignments
• document re-approvals due to price variances
• notifications for statuses and assignments
• a complete audit history of all correspondence including e-mails sent and responses received

By utilizing their current e-mail system they have increased their procurement cycle time from request to purchase by over 225% in the first 3 weeks of use. In addition to this CNS is helping Centrica keep their resources up to date on their request statuses by providing an automatic feedback loop back to the originators and approvers.

Cendec and Petrobank are in the process of implementing CMMS32 procurement functionality including expediting and document management. We are excited to have Petrobank select us as their procurement system provider.
